HINTON — Summers County now has a dozen wins in 12 girls basketball games, after routing Shady Spring 71-43 on Tuesday evening in Hinton.
Brandy Morrison led all scorers with 22 points and had eight steals for the Lady Bobcats; Brittany Justice added six assists and five steals. Whitney Justice scored 12 points for Summers, which held a 45-19 lead at halftime.
Morgan Hylton made all six of Shady Spring’s 3-pointers and ended with 20 points.
Summers County (12-0)will take on another unbeaten, No. 1-ranked Westside, on Friday night in Hinton.
