PEARISBURG, Va. — The Giles girls basketball team won the first half, then had to rally in the fourth quarter to turn back Pulaski County. The Lady Spartans (2-1), who led 27-20 at the break, got 11 points each from Kiersten Shrader and Emily Santolla, and 10 points from Kelsey Mosley. Giles hosts Christiansburg on Monday.
