VAN — Down by 11 points to start the fourth quarter, the Raiders clambered back to tie the game on a 3-pointer by Tyree Baker with about five seconds left in regulation, and then pulled away late in overtime.

Free throws made the difference for River View down the stretch in the extra period.

Baker had his third triple-double in a week, with 16 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds. Bran Mitchell topped the Raiders’ scoring with 17 points. Cameron Roberts added 12 rebounds and Jordan Wilson grabbed eight steals.

Van freshman Taylor Jarrell led all scorers with 20 points.

The Raiders (3-0) host James Monroe next Saturday.
