Greenbrier East 62, Bluefield 51

FAIRLEA — The homestanding Greenbrier East Lady Spartans captured the championship of the Jerry Bradley Memorial Christmas Tournament with a win over the Bluefield Lady Beavers, Saturday night.

Jessica Hayden topped the Bluefield scoring column with 17 points and Dani Janutolo added 12.

Lexie Tincher paced East with 21, Sydney Nunley had 19 and Katie Wilbur 13.

Bluefield will play Tazewell, Monday at 6 p.m. in the final game of the Bluefield Beaver Classic at the Brushfork Armory.
