HINTON — Summers County outscored visiting James Monroe 22-14 in the third quarter to cruise to a 14-point win Friday night.

Matt Ryan scored 25 points to lead the Bobcats (3-3), who also got 21 points from Andrew Richmond.

The Mavericks, who stayed in the game with seven 3-pointers, Tyler Moore scored 16 points, while Lance Wilson added 11.

Summers County will return to the court Wednesday at Greenbrier West.
