PILGRIM’S KNOB, Va. — Four Twin Valley players scored in double figures to lead the Lady Panthers past the Holston Cavaliers, Wednesday night.
Kara Goodman led the way with 21 points and 14 rebounds, followed by Kim Lester with 14, Alexis Vance 13 and Holly Stanford 10. Hannah O’Quinn pulled down 11 boards.
Brianna Vannay led Holston with 11.
