NARROWS, Va. — Liz Workman scored 14 points and Kaylan Stanley added eight, leading the Graham G-Girls to a 47-30 Mountain Empire District win over Narrows on Wednesday night.
Graham scored 37 of its 47 points in the middle two quarters.
The G-Girls led 19-8 at the break, and 41-14 heading into the final period.
Workman added six steals and four rebounds for Graham, while Karly Morgan contributed four points, seven steals and seven boards.
Narrows (4-6, 0-2), which is still playing without standout Savanna Burton, was paced by Tiffany Perdue with 10 points.
Samantha Weatherly finished with eight points and 12 rebounds.
Graham (7-6, 1-1), which snapped a four-game losing skid, will host Bland County in a four-game affair on Friday.
Narrows travels to Fort Chiswell on the same night.
