PEARISBURG, Va. — Justin Conduff dropped in 24 points and Will Cook added 17 as the Buffaloes pulled away in the fourth quarter from the host Spartans.
Cole Harris netted 11 points and Michael Osborned added 10 for Floyd County.
Dakoda Shrader led Giles with 13 points, Trenton Ray chipped in 12 and Drew Harless added 10.
