PEARISBURG, Va. — Lexi Kiser scored 15 of her 38 points in the first quarter to lead Graham to a 69-49 win at Giles on Thursday night.
Kiser, who was 16-for-19 from the free throw line, also had five steals. Carly Moretto had a double-double with 11 points and 10 assists, along with two steals. Kathryn Perdue contributed four steals, while Casey Spencer added two.
Mattie Vangelos led Giles (0-5) with 23 points, while Kiersten Shrader tossed in eight.
Graham (5-1) will host Bluefield on Thursday.
