PRINCETON — McKenzie Akers scored a game-high 29 points and crossed over the 1000 point mark for her career, but could not push Princeton past the balanced scoring attack for Huntington.
Huntington was led by Dominique Gibson with 24 points while Kiana Evans scored 20 points, Lakeisha Adkins 18 points and Abby Steele had 16 points.
Kendria Perkins added 13 points and 10 rebounds while Hannah Preservati scored 10 points for the Tigers.
Princeton (11-2) travels to Summers County on Friday.
