MONTCALM — The Mont-calm Lady Generals have earned a few days off, after securing the second of two victories in less than 24 hours.
Montcalm limited the Hornets of Hundred High to four points in the second half to run away with a 49-22 win at the MHS gym on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Generals won on Friday night at Meadow Bridge, 38-31.
Heather Nicewander had 19 points and five steals for Montcalm and Taylor Dunford and Stormy Carver added 10 points each. Carver had seven rebounds and a pair of assists, Dunford grabbed five rebounds, and Savanna Bailey issued two assists.
Valerie Sales’ six points led the scoring for Hundred.
Montcalm plays its next game at home on Dec. 21 against Greater Beckley Christian School.
