Princeton 49, Narrows 37: Brittany Long led Princeton with 10 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals in the second Narrows Athletic Fund Christmas Tournament semifinal game.
Princeton “held” Narrows sophomore sensation Maggie Guynn to 21 points, while Lindsey Kast added eight for the Green Wave, which trailed 30-13 at halftime.
Day Day Eaves added eight points and eight boards for Princeton, while Danielle Hall scored nine points. Other contributors included Adrianna Mitchem (5 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists), Jaime Vest (7 points, 4 rebounds) and Autumn Bradley (5 points, 6 rebounds).
Princeton (5-2), which had just seven turnovers in the game, will play James Monroe for the tourney title on Saturday at 3 p.m. Narrows (6-1) will meet Giles in the consolation at noon.
