PRINCETON — It took two overtimes for New Life to escape with a three-point win over the Cavaliers.
New Life had just four players score, led by Josh Nuckols 28 points and 15 from Logan Cook.
Mercer Christian (4-10), which was outscored 19-16 in the two extra periods, was led by Jonathan Easter with 23 points — including four 3s — and 15 from James Beckner, who was 7-7 from the free throw line.
Caleb Janning tallied 12 points for the Cavaliers, who travel to Champions Academy in Richlands on Monday.
