PRINCETON — Olivia Grondzik poured in 30 points and Alex Bailey contributed 23 in her final home game as the Mercer Christian Academy Lady Cavaliers won their third straight contest, 72-27 over South Charleston Christian Academy, on Monday night at the MCA gym.
With more than 10 steals, Grondzik recorded a double-double for Mercer Christian (4-4). Bailey hit the home team’s only three-pointer.
Amanda Carver was the top scorer for SCCA with 16 points. The visitors were held to eight or fewer points in each quarter.
The Lady Cavaliers play again on Feb. 21 at Mountain View Christian Academy in Oak Hill.
