HINTON — Tyra Wynes scored 18 points and Avery Pivont added 12 points and 10 rebounds, leading Summers County to a 61-47 win Friday night over James Monroe.
Brandy Morrison added 11 points and 14 rebounds for the Bobcats, which outscored the Mavericks 33-16 in the second half. Hayley Shrewsbury added 10 points in the win.
James Monroe was paced by Emily McKinney with 11 points and 12 boards, while Kelsie Mann contributed nine points and 11 rebounds. Jordan Page added seven points, seven boards and five assists.
