NEW RICHMOND — Brett Bowling scorched the nets for 28 points to lead the Wyoming East Warriors past the Pike View Panthers in the season- opening game for both teams.
Zach Meadows led Pike View with 19 points and Logan McKinney addd 13.
Pike View plays Friday at Bluefield, while Wyoming East hosts Woodrow Wilson.
Wyoming East won the JV game 72-56.
