SHADY SPRING — Hope Nester scored 20 points, dished out four assists and snared four steals, leading PikeView to a seasonopening 70-38 win over Shady Spring on Monday night.
Lindsey Hatfield added 12 points, 13 rebounds and five steals, while Courtney White tallied 11 points and six boards for the Panthers.
Madison May had eight points and six rebounds, while Alexis May contributed six points and five steals. Lauren Hatfield dished out four assists.
Kaley Dickenson paced the Tigers with 18 points, while Morgan Hylton added 12.
PikeView (1-0) will visit defending Class AA state champion Westside on Thursday.
