COUNCIL, Va. — Lakin Keene scored 22 and Kara Goodman 16 points and 15 rebounds to lead Twin Valley to the Black Diamond District victory.
Hannah O’Quinn had 16 rebounds and four blocks while Megan Meadows had 18 boards. Haley Stevens led Council with 10.
