HURLEY, Va. — Council benefitted from five assists by Josh Viers and four by Ty Mackey in the Cobras’ 56-42 Black Diamond District tournament win over Twin Valley.
Luke Barton and Zack Tiller each scored 12 for Council. Austin Shortridge paced the Panthers with 17 points.
