FAIRLEA — Bianca Andre’ scored 23 points and pulled down 13 rebounds, leading No. 1 Greenbrier East past No. 7 Princeton 90-70 on Saturday night.
Princeton trailed 41-27 at the break, and were outscored 49-43 in the second half.
McKenzie Akers scored 21 points, while Marissa Mullins added 20 and Hannah Preservati tallied 17. Akers also dished out 13 rebounds.
The Spartans (16-0) also received 19 points from Chaunte McDowell and Chloe Honaker connected 18. Andre’ also blocked three shots. Elizabeth Romero added seven points and six blocked shots.
Princeton (13-4) will host Summers County on Tuesday.
