In one of the closest games of the tournament, University High pulled
away to take a 45-39 win over Twin Valley. The score was tied numerous times but some critical mistakes late cost the Panthers.
Trailing by three with less than a minute to play, Twin Valley had a key turnover that cost them a key possession. In the final minute, University High (12-3) was 7-of-8 from the free throw line to get the win.
Marcus Taylor led the Buccaneers with a 25 point effort. Christian Case totaled 13 points for Twin Valley (4-3).
