PEARISBURG, Va. — The Spartans jumped out to a 15-5 lead and held off the G-Girls in the final seconds to secure a slim victory.
Graham nearly rallied in the final seconds, but ran out of time as they fell to 6-6 on the year.
Tori Repass led the G-Girls with 16 points. Liz Workman had 7.
Giles’ Lyndsey Jackson had 19 points including 13 from the foul line.
