NORTON, Va. — Last spring’s Group 2A state champions attained a 24-12 halftime lead, then held off the Lady Blues, who outscored their hosts 20-11 in the final quarter.
Senior Montana Hearl and freshman Erica Burton scored nine points each for Richlands (13-14). Lani Rinehart added eight points.
Logan Reynolds led undefeated Wise Central (25-0) with 19 points.
