HONAKER, Va. — One week after leading Honaker in the Division 1 state championship football game as the Tigers’ quarterback, Ty Hall led the Tigers on the court, scoring 14 points in the season-opening win over the Blue Tornado.
Payton Hall added 14 points for Honaker, while Hunter Lester added 10.
Ben Brown led Richlands with six 3s and 20 points. Trent Davis tossed in nine points.
Richlands will visit Haysi on Thursday.
