MONTCALM — Valley Fayette got scoring from eight players, including 24 points from Alexis Payne, in Tuesday’s win. The undefeated Greyhounds dashed to a 23-5 lead at the end of eight minutes of play and led 27-14 at halftime.
Miranda Kendrick scored 13 points and Leslie Kelley had eight points to lead Montcalm (0-2).
The Lady Generals play next at home at 6 p.m. Friday against Greater Beckley Christian School.
