RICHLANDS, Va. — The Richlands
Lady Blues advanced to the Southwest District championship game with a win over Tazewell, Thursday night at Richlands Middle School.
Brittany Allen scorched the nets for 30 points and MaKenley Davis added 10. Rachel Alley had 11 rebounds and Cassidy Richardson dished out nine assists.
Autumn Hash led Tazewell with 15 points and Halley Christian dropped in 10.
Richlands (19-3) will host Carroll County, Saturday at 8 p.m. for the district crown, while Tazewell will play the Abingdon in the consolation game at 5 o’clock. The JV championship will be at 6:30.
