RICHLANDS, Va. — The Virginia High School Bearcats clawed past the Richlands Blue Tornado 86-64, Friday night at Richlands Middle School.
Scottie Ball topped the Richlands scoring column with 21 points and snagged 10 rebounds. Luke Phillips added 10 points and Ben Brown cleared the glass 13 times for the Blues.
Tourie Fudge paced Virginia High with 23 points. Former Tazewell Bulldog Noah Walker scored 12.
Richlands (3-5) hosts Twin Valley tonight.
