Twin Valley 104, Council 40
COUNCIL, Va. — Alexis Vance and Kimberlee Lester scored 18 points each for Twin Valley, but Alisha Hunt put her name in the record books.
Hunt made a VHSL state record 12 3s to finish with 36 of the Cobras’ 40 points in the game.
Kara Goodman added 14 points, including the 1,000th point of her career. Hannah Daniels scored 13 points and Katelyn Jackson had 12.
Twin Valley eclipsed the 1,000 point mark for the second time against Council this season.
The Panthers will visit Richlands on Monday, while Council travels tonight to Hurley.
