PikeView 48, Mount View 40: Madison May had 28 points, eight rebounds, seven steals, three assist and a block for Senior Night festivities for the Panthers.
Mount View was led by Kaitlyn Gillespie with 22 points. The Lady Knights will visit James Monroe for a Region 3, Section 2 quarterfinal on Saturday at 3 p.m.
PikeView (10-10), which will play River View in the Section 2 semifinals on Tuesday, also received 11 points, three steals and two assists from Brittany Moore and five boards and three assists by Ashley Scott. Kaleigh Peyton added six boards and Sarah Robinson had three.
