Richlands 81, Grundy 48
While the Blue Tornado boys had its own lethal duo the Lady Blues had one of their own in the first game Monday.
Olivia Harmon was nearly unstoppable off the dribble at time, scoring 23 points, while Montana Hearl dropped in 21 to lead Richlands.
Harmon also dished out eight assists, while Hearl came up with six steals. Erica Burton added 11 points for Richlands, which broke a fairly close game open in the second half. The final margin of 33 points was the largest of the game.
The Lady Blues (7-6) outscored the Lady Wave 36-12 in the final 12 minutes.
Emily Lane scored 16 points and Lexi Boyd scored 11 for Grundy (5-6).
