BRADSHAW — The Montcalm Lady Generals chalked up their 10th win of the season on Monday, defeating Mountain Mission Christian School 32-23 on a cold-shooting day at the MLK Classic in McDowell County.
Heather Nicewander scored 18 points to lead Montcalm (10-3) and Stormy Carver had nine rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots. Savanna Bailey added two assists and three steals.
With 14 points, Sara Bekele had the majority of Mountain Mission’s scoring.
Montcalm hosts Meadow Bridge today at 7 p.m.
