Twin Valley 83 Hurley 62
Host Twin Valley opened the game with a 14-0 run and was never threatened in Friday's second girls and third overall semifinal game.
The Lady Panthers led 33-11 after a bucket by Megan Meadows with 2:42 remaining in the first half and coasted the rest of the way.
"This is the type of game you've got to come out and play good and play hard," said Twin Valley coach Tommy Crigger, whose veteran club was heavily favored. "We were able to force some turnovers and build a big lead.
"We just tried not to get lackadaisical in the second half, and we went through the motions for a while. But I like we made our layups and we made our shots."
Kimberlee Lester scored 24 points and came up with four steals off the Twin Valley bench. Alexis Vance posted a doube-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds.
Kara Goodman (10 boards, 8 points, 5 assists) and Hannah O'Quinn (14 rebounds, 7 blocks) also played well for the Lady Panthers (3-3).
Kourtney Cook scored a game-high 26 points and Adrianna Cline added 24 points for the Lady Rebels.
